Replacement or Exchange Policy

  1. Products can be replaced within 7 days from the date of delivery. Payment refunds are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, leaked, expired, incomplete, or incorrect products received by the customer. In all other cases, replacement may be provided at the sole discretion of Oswal Soap Private Limited.
  2. Exchange or replacements are done free of cost if wrong products, incomplete orders, damaged products, defective products, expired products, or incorrect quantities are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
  3. Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the fragrance, packaging, color, texture, or appearance of the product. Customers are advised to carefully read the product description and review product images before placing an order.
  4. Product images displayed on the website are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in packaging, labeling, fragrance, color, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates and production batches.
  5. Minor color or packaging differences caused by screen resolution, photography lighting, or display settings shall not be considered valid grounds for exchange or return.
  6. Exchange/Return will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, tampered with, partially consumed, or damaged by the customer.
  7. The cost of shipping for replacement or exchange requests raised more than once for the same order may be borne by the customer.
  8. Exchange is allowed only with the same product, subject to stock availability.
  9. Customers may request a replacement if the product qualifies under the conditions specified in this policy.
  10. Customers may write to us at info@oswalsoap1956.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement or exchange.

Replacement or Exchange

  1. Defective product received – Product images and packaging images are required.
  2. Wrong product received – Product images, packaging images and invoice details are required.
  3. Expired product received – Product images clearly showing batch number and expiry date are required.
  4. Damaged or leaked product received – Product and outer package images are required.

Return for Replacement or Exchange Intimation

Customers can raise concerns on the website for replacement or return using the following steps:

  1. Login to the Oswal Soap website.
  2. Go to Your Account.
  3. Click on My Orders.
  4. Click on View in the Action column for replacement or exchange requests.

Details such as Order Number, Courier Docket Number/AWB Number, reason for return, and product images should be shared with Customer Support.


Guidelines for a Valid Return or Exchange

Products and accessories, if any, should be in original condition.

Original packaging, labels, seals, and invoices should be retained and returned.

Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return.

Returns and replacements are done free of cost only if wrong products, damaged products, defective products, expired products, leaked products, or incomplete orders are delivered.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their online order before the product has been shipped. In such cases, the entire order amount will be refunded.

Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Partial order cancellation requests are not accepted.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Oswal Soap Private Limited and accepts the Company's decision regarding cancellation requests.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after approval and authorization of the refund request.

Refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within 4–8 business days after initiation. Actual timelines depend upon banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.


Mode of Refund

For cancelled orders and approved returns, the refund amount will be credited back to the same payment source (UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through NEFT/Bank Transfer after verification of customer bank details.

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  1. Defective product received – Product images and package images required.
  2. Wrong product received – Product images and invoice details required.
  3. Expired product received – Expiry date and batch images required.
  4. Damaged or leaked product received – Product and package images required.
  5. Incomplete order delivered.

Please Note:

Purchases made from SALE, Clearance, Promotional, Coupon-Based, Gift Voucher, or Special Offer categories may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the product is damaged, defective, expired, leaked, or incorrectly delivered.

As a company policy, Oswal Soap Private Limited does not provide returns or refunds on products once sold except in cases covered under this policy.

If a replacement product is unavailable in stock, the Company may issue a credit note, store credit, equivalent replacement product, or refund at its sole discretion.
